Full Appeal Trial of William Herbert Wallace

Here is the full text of the appeal trial of William Herbert Wallace. His appeal was successful and his conviction overturned, with the judges unanimously deciding that the evidence did not provide the certainty necessary to justify a verdict of guilty.

A searchable PDF is also now available. A transcription service was used. It contains spelling errors and is formatted so as to separate each page despite font size difference, I may go through and fix this up at a later date:
